Associe International Kindergarten Bangkok 35 (hereinafter "the School") recognizes the importance of the personal information of the children and guardians in its care, and strives to handle and protect personal information appropriately in accordance with the following policy.
Definition of Personal Information
In this Policy, "personal information" means information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, or other descriptions (including information that can be readily cross-referenced with other information to identify a specific individual).
Collection and Purposes of Use
The School acquires personal information by lawful and fair means to the extent necessary for enrollment applications, inquiries, and other services. Information about children is acquired with the consent of their guardians. Personal information is used only for responding to inquiries, providing guidance on visits and enrollment, delivering childcare and education, distributing notices to guardians, and operating the School's services. If personal information is used beyond these purposes, prior consent will be obtained.
Provision to Third Parties
Except as required by law, to protect life, body, or property, or to cooperate with public agencies, the School will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent.
Management and Security
The School takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information. Requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion will be handled promptly upon identity verification.
